VAST is an independent operator engaged in the development and production of crude oil and natural gas, focusing on the Rocky Mountains. Our focus is to identify opportunities, acquire acreage, drill and develop producing wells by leveraging extensive regional knowledge and network to become a premier E&P player in the Rocky Mountains. Current Management has experience and expertise all over the Rocky Mountain region with previous projects in Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Texas and also Kansas. Strong network of relationships in place to quickly and efficiently develop the assets, optimizing production and reserve growth. Current opportunities present unique, multi-pay, liquids-rich prospects with potential to become platform assets contributing multiple years of production and reserve growth through the targeting of multiple producing formations.
