Pravin is the Founder and CEO of vBridge Hub. His experience of 27 years in the IT industry spans both CIO organizations and IT service providers, having spent more than half of his career in leadership roles at organizations like DHL, Honeywell, Infosys and Tech Mahindra. In his recent role at Tech Mahindra, he was the Senior Vice President and Head of Cloud Services. He has been associated with Technology Startups as early as 1995 leveraging leading edge innovation to drive business transformation. His passion for technology and innovation has made him realize the need for a broader collaboration platform to leverage the fast paced digital revolution and grow the global Startup eco-system. vBridge Hub builds this Collaboration Platform where Innovation Powers Growth. Lekha is a member of the vBridge Hub Board of Advisors. She is a global Talent Strategist, and Consultant in the areas of Leadership, People Success, HR, Talent &a; Management. Lekha carries with her almost four decades of rich global corporate experience which include, Sr VP &a; Head of Talent at WHISHWORKS, as VP - HR &a; Talent Management with SumTotal Systems, as VP - People Success with Altruista, as VP Talent with Altruista, as Chief People Officer with GSS Infotech. As a Talent Strategist, her passion is to help build the brand and increase value propositions of employers, employees and individuals. Lekha is a recognized trainer, leadership mentor and consultant. Lekha has won numerous awards for her passion and service to the field of HR and Talent Management. Among these were the Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award, HMA&s;s HR Manager of the Year, the AsiaPac HR Woman Super-achiever of the Year, and the Most Influential HR Leader in India.
