Veerleft (Jersey) Limited was established in Jersey in January 2007 by Jamie Moss. Jamie has over 15 years experience in the IT industry covering management, consultancy and support. Jamie is a member of the Institute of Management and has a number of technical qualifications for network management and security auditing. Jamie has held several IT Management positions including IT Manager for Ernst & Young. This gave Jamie first hand experience of the administration and support services required for a sizeable Channel Island business. At the time there were 300 network users and a team of 8 technicians reporting to Jamie. This role also gave Jamie first hand experience of the services provided by third party IT companies who were at times contracted for specific projects. After undertaking some local market research, Jamie identified that there are a number of small to medium sized businesses in the Channel Islands covering a number of sectors. All of them require some sort of IT support. As a result of this research and a desire to provide local companies with a professional service, Veerleft was established. Jamie was joined by Carl Fitzpatrick in March 2007. Carl joined Veerleft after holding senior technical roles at both Ernst & Young and Abacus Financial Services. He has extensive technical experience in implementing and supporting IT systems and holds a foundation certificate in IT Service Management. Carl manages the technical operations and client support services for Veerleft. So to answer the question, "Who are we?".........something different!
