In pursuit of excellence in environmental management towards sustainable business development, Venus continues to be committed to develop and implement Environmental Management System (EMS) throughout the Group to measure, control and reduce the environmental impact. As part of this program all Venus manufacturing facilities are ISO-14000 and ISO-18000(Q2-2016) certified. Venus is fully compliant with all environmental protection and health and safety laws and regulations. In order to ensure compliance with all legal requirements, Venus has instituted a compliance management system. Prior to the implementation of new projects the potential environmental impacts are evaluated. Environment impact assessment and risk analysis are performed for all new and major expansion projects and necessary measures are incorporated to mitigate adverse environmental impacts at the planning stage of every project.
