If you have extra space regardless if you're an individual, corporation, or venue, we would be happy to have you. How do I list my space? Listing has never been easier. Click here to list your extra space. You can start the application process today! I have my space listed on other sites, is it okay to list with Venyou? Absolutely. Venyou has an embedded calendar feature so if you have bookings on other sites you can turn your availability off. What is the pricing model? It is FREE to list! You can get exposure for your venue immediately. You also set the price per hour. If you're unsure about how to price, just ask. We are here to help establish what price may be appropriate for your area and type of space. Do you have a contract? Venyou has a cancellation policy that you choose depending on how strict or flexible you would like to be for bookings. For historic homes, traditional venues, and associations, you can use your own contract! You can add your own documents during the application process. I don't want noisy parties, can I specify this? You can specify any rules and regulations for your space that you would want. You also can specify what types of events you will permit in your space. You're okay with corporate meetings and pop-ups but don't want to permit a wedding? No problem! Just let us know.
