As Veracity's Director of Operations, Jessica leads our team of experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic construction professionals to deliver the highest level of service to our customers. Jessica understands that the role a contractor in our industry requires more than just a skilled workforce. That's why our team understands the need for flexibility, professionalism, timeliness, and a strong focus on quality in everything that we do. Prior to joining Veracity, Jessica held various operational positions at Phoenix Communications, which grew from 30 employees to over 100 in the nine years she was there. Jessica's experience includes project management, sales forecasting, job costing, customer support, operational policy development and safety compliance. She believes that providing the quality of service our customers expect always starts with a workforce driven by a determination to maintain a safe workplace.
