Vértere Global Solutions, Inc. (Vértere) is an all-Filipino company formed to engage in information technology (IT) enabled services such as software application, development, maintenance and support, system integration, software quality assurance testing, database management and migration, IT infrastructure upgrade and support, IT professional staffing and business process outsourcing. The company traces its roots back to 1996 when it was part of a US company and a Philippine branch was set up to serve as offshore development facility.
