Vervia was founded in 2006 and has evolved from a base in Woking into a thriving business covering Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and South West London. Angela Morris, our Managing Director, has 20 years' experience in recruitment and training and is passionate about ensuring that all our operatives are fully vetted, interviewed and referenced to a high standard and, in the case of certain roles, CRB checked. Our strength and success is based on our ability to deliver a quality service which is tailored to suit the individual needs of each one of our customers. As a family run concern, our survival depends primarily on our ability to win and retain contracts and we are pleased that we can report a 98% contract retention rate over a 2 year period. Clients can therefore be assured of a stable senior management team! Key to our success is our Quality Control Director, whose primary responsibility is to ensure that operatives are trained in effective cleaning, COSHH, and that clients are contacted and visited on a regular basis to ensure that standards are being met. Vervia is an accredited member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science, the largest independent professional and educational body within the cleaning industry. We operate from our offices located in the centre of our region in Woking, where clients are welcome to come and visit. We have been at the Mayford Centre since 2006.
