VetAgro Sup

VetAgro Sup is also involved in University sites. The School is a member of the University of Lyon and the University of Clermont Auvergne and Associates, which obtained respectively the IDEX and I-Site labels in 2017. The Institution has expertise that supports national, European and international economic actors in the fields of Food, Animal Health, Agronomic Sciences and Environment. The quality of the training programs is recognized by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AMVA), the European Association of Veterinary Education Institutions (AEEEV), the Commission des titres d'ingénieur (CTI) and the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE). Since 2017, VetAgro Sup has joined the Consortium of Universities for Global Health to position itself at the interface between human, animal and environmental health. The objective is to propose a multidisciplinary approach to contribute to improving the well-being of animals, Earth and people. At the national level, VetAgro Sup is a member of Agreenium, which brings together 14 agricultural higher education Institutions and 4 research and expertise Institutes. Training courses: veterinary doctors, agricultural engineers and veterinary public health inspectors to meet the challenges of global health. Research: at the heart of VetAgro Sup's missions, research provides the basis for the curriculum taught and contributes to the dissemination of knowledge beneficial to major scientific challenges in life and health. Expertise: with its 17 technical platforms, VetAgro Sup is a major player in the development of new technologies in the Institution's fields of expertise.
