Victor Churchill is teaming up with five of Sydney's most acclaimed chefs to deliver an intimate dinner series to celebrate our fifth birthday. Five years ago the store undertook a renovation like no other. Led by Dreamtime Australia Design, the incredible fit-out rivalled high-end luxury stores. Victor Churchill honours true artisanal skill while preserving the tradition of Australia's oldest continuously run butcher. It's the exceptional products sourced from many of the country's finest producers that sees our loyal customers coming back, time and time again. From iconic brands such as Blackmore and O'Connor to our rare-breed Kurobuta pork and house-cured Biltong, the range and quality is second to none. Since opening five years ago Victor Churchill has sold: Almost 3 tonnes of our house-cured biltong - an absolute local favourite Over 10 tonnes of Blackmore beef - producer of Australia's finest Wagyu Over 15 tonnes of our famed Kurobuta ham - an absolute Christmas must. Complementing the range of butchery products are the exceptional house-made charcuterie, all expertly crafted by our resident chef and his team. The delicious creations include traditional pork, rabbit and duck terrine, parfait, speciality sausages and divine desserts. There are already plans in place to make the next five years at Victor Churchill even more exciting and rewarding for our valued customers and friends.
