We operate our own sheet metal shop and several profit centers that include, new construction, fit-ups, replacement/retrofit, demand/emergency service, and scheduled service/maintenance. We have 25 full-time service technicians and 15 install technicians and thousands of units under contract for service/maintenance. While each of these departments has its own manager and support and field staffs, we have an in-house training facility so that everyone is trained before we go to customers businesses or homes. Weekly job progress meetings and management meetings keeps an open flow of communications, critical for everyone's success. All personnel are subject to full background checks, social security verification, and criminal checks for employment. We exceed the government requirements for employment eligibility to insure only employees that meet Victory's strict standards are employed at Victory. At Victory, we take workplace safety and responsible behavior very seriously. We have a very progressive safety program in place that encourages individual responsibility and group, or team, responsibility to decrease work place accidents, and heighten safe work practices. Victory's trucks are well stocked with supplies, parts, and equipment necessary to handle the smallest or most complex service calls.
