VID Specialized University

VID is a national specialized university institution with an accreditation platform covering significant parts of VID's academic activities. VID has two PhD programmes that fully meet the Ministry's requirements for student throughput, number of research fellows, as well as the depth and breadth of the academic community within all essential parts of the doctoral studies. The entire education, research and competence portfolio is adapted to a new accreditation platform. VID has strengthened its collaboration with national and international academic communities to ensure high international quality in research and education. As part of its overall strategy, VID will maintain these goals after 2019.
