VideoNote
VideoNote was created in 2008 by two Cornell University graduate students in the College of Engineering. Ryan Morris, M.Eng OR&IE '08 and Paul George, Ph.D. ECE '09 developed the first functional version of VideoNote for fall semester 2008 at Cornell to test the functionality with real students and courses. It was a huge success and the indexed-notes, from where videonote gets its name, set it apart from other previous attempts to record lectures at Cornell. VideoNote's Mission is to leverage digital technology and teaching research to enable skilled educators to teach: more people, more effectively, in less time, at lower cost.
