Established in California, Vietlink Global, LLC (Vietlink Global) is an Indirect Air Carrier (IAC) approved by Homeland Security, Department of Transportation Security Agency (TSA). We are the pioneer cargo company of the Vietnamese in the United States specializing in Direct Air and Ocean cargo services between the United States and Vietnam and other Fareast countries. Located right in the heart of Little Saigon - Orange County, California, Vietlink Global is a convenient shipping center for not only the biggest Vietnamese community over sea in Orange county but also for the other communities around this area. At Vietlink Global, we guarantee the customers lowest rates over other carriers no matter how much they ship - from one pound to tons from U.S. to Vietnam and backward or from/to anywhere in the world. Vietlink Global has direct contract with multiple carriers such as China Airlines, EVA Air, Cathay Pacific, Asiana, Northwest Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, etc.; which enables us to have more choices on shipping schedules. As a result, our customers' shipments always get to the destinations in shortest time. Over three years experience in cargo industry has led Vietlink Global to become, Vietlink Global FedEx Authorized ShipCenter recently. With FASC Net Agreement signed with FedEx, Vietlink Global can offer the best Domestic shipping services ever to our customers. Customers would be able to save at least 20% when using FedEx services to ship from the United States to anywhere in the world or backward. FedEx Ground service is currently the most-saving way for those who want to ship heavy stuff to all over the 50 states of the United States. Vietnamese businesses around Little Saigon area now don't have to go to Kinko which is far away from Vietnamese Business District; instead they can drop off or pickup FedEx shipments right at Vietlink Global Ship Station. Vietlink Global has also designated as a Strategic Agent for UPS to send shipments from Vietnam to anywhere in the United States with competitive rates compared to other carriers. With UPS, shipments from any city in Vietnam will be pickup and sent to Vietlink Global Vietnam office and then forwarded to the final destination in 50 states of the America within a week at incredibly low rates. Although UPS outbound rates from the U.S. are not competitive, we still use UPS in certain cases for special shipments for our customers. DHL is not currently chosen for Domestic shipping but it does give our customers almost the best rates to European and Asian countries. Therefore, Vietlink Global still utilizes DHL as one of our shipping services. Like FedEx and UPS, we have been approved special rates by DHL and we certainly offer to our customers high level of discounts for DHL shipments. In addition to cargo services, Vietlink Global has also formed a limited liability company in Vietnam named Vietlink Global, Co., Ltd. referred to as Vietlink Global Saigon. Vietlink Global Saigon is registered with the local authority to provide cargo, flower & gift services. As a part of Vietlink Global network, Vietlink Global Saigon handles all Flower & Gift orders and takes care of customer service calls. Vietlink Glonal is proud to be the only Vietnamese-owned Cargo Company that has customer service 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to assist our valued customers when they have questions or inquiries or want to check order status.
