Founded in 1977, Virginia Home Medical remains a privately held and locally owned company. Due to our success, we quickly outgrew our rented office space and now own our building along with a fleet of delivery vehicles. Throughout our 27 years of serving the Hampton Roads community, our service area has expanded to meet the increasing demand of the southeastern region of Virginia. Our staff takes pride in supporting our clients who are striving to maximize their quality of life. Our clients are encouraged to take an active role in the selection of equipment and services to meet their individual needs. But that is only the beginning. We teach our clients and caregivers how to use the equipment safely and effectively. We then monitor the patient's condition and compliance with their therapies.
