Visionael Corporation designs and develops software and services that allow telecommunications service providers, managed service providers, network outsourcers, enterprises, and government organizations to automate the roll-out of network services over IP networks, as well as to support network asset management and operational support system (OSS). It offers Visionael OSS Suite, a set of OSS products that address network operator challenges; Visionael Cloud OSS, a cloud based service fulfillment application service; Intergraph Inside Plant Module, which links with Intergraphs product offering and extends Intergraphs capabilities to include physical and logical management of network infrastructure; IP-Telephony Automation Solution, an intelligent automation technology to reduce IP telephony deployment and migration; customer care and customer education services, including telephone, electronic access, physical and mailing address, silver maintenance and support, code, and training; Visionael v-cloud, a Services-as-a-Service solution for real-time representation of network; Visionael Network Resource Manager, a system for collaborative network design and network-aware process and project support; and Visionael Service Manager, which automates manual processes and repetitive tasks. The company was formerly known as ael-Advanced Graphics Systems, Inc. and changed its name to Visionael Corporation in 1997. Visionael Corporation was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Austin, Texas. It has research and development, training, and support centers in Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Bengaluru, India. The company also has sales and competence centers in the United States, Canada, and Europe; support and development centers in India, Germany, and the Russian Federation; and a sales office in Canada. As of September 15, 2011, Visionael Corporation operates as a subsidiary of Silverback Enterprise Group Inc.
