Vista Pointe Architectural Systems

Vista Pointe offers a 10 year limited warranty for faulty or worn-out rollers, guides, tracks, hinges, slide-bolts, etc. Vista Pointe will replace the worn component with the same or equivalent at no cost for the first 12 months after delivery. After 12 months, we will provide replacement parts, and it becomes the dealer's responsibility to arrange for and bear the labor cost of replacement. Exclusions to this warranty include damage due to misuse, abuse or neglect, problems related to finish, broken glass, fire or acts of nature. Mechanization: Vista Pointe mechanized systems are warranted for a period of 12 months from date of delivery. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any faulty component and restore the system to proper working condition at no cost to the dealer. Exclusions to this warranty include misuse or abuse, fire, lightning strike or other acts of nature.
