VIVA REALTY is dedicated to helping the Providers of Residential Care Homes (and similar facilities such as SNF) sell their Care Home and helping buyers acquire a Care Home. We became involved with Care Homes around 1975 on a part-time basis and we are fully engaged in this business since my retirement from rocket engineering in 1985. Not many real estate firms are involved with Care Home transactions. The sales require a lot of detail attention for a long period of time, making the sales less attractive or less profitable for most Real Estate Brokers. However, VIVA REALTY with its background experience and its small efficient office is able to provide this service at a reasonable cost to Providers. We are a full service brokerage, e.g. we have the same equipment and we provide the same services that the big offices do. We feel that we are ahead of the big companies in marketing Care Homes. For instance, we don't know of anyone that mails a free Newsletter to four thousand Providers, nor do we know of anyone that has a Web Site for Care Homes like ours with its 40 or more Web Sites. We will help you with the purchase of an apartment or a home after the sale of your Care Home. As a Broker we are licensed to handle sales (exchanges) or purchases of regular homes, apartments, investment properties etc. Our office is fully equipped to perform these services. We do not actively pursue these fields in the manner the ordinary real estate offices do. But we do handle them as a service to our customers.
