VMC provides in-process-validation (IPV) test systems for vehicle original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and suppliers of vehicle components worldwide. VMC IPV systems test vehicle sub-assemblies such as transmissions, engines, electrical components, cabs, chassis wiring, axles and hydraulic components. VMC systems run test stands, dynamometers and rolling roads, flash ECUs, automate fluid fill, calibrate and check hydraulic settings and test performance of complete vehicles reliably and repeatably. VMC also provides wireless systems suitable for permanent vehicle monitoring, as well as diagnostic testers for OE dealers. VMC has designed, manufactured, installed and serviced IPV test systems since 1991, and is proud today to serve world class customers in 20 countries.
