Vern Mardon Risk Management

Vern is actively involved in the local community which includes: Chair of the Saxton Field Pavilion Charitable Trust, the trust responsible for the development of the athletics/cricket/football pavilion at Saxton Field Former Secretary-Treasurer of the Top of the South Athletics Charitable Trust, the trust responsible for the development of the all-weather athletics track at Saxton Field Secretary/Treasurer for Athletics Nelson A trustee of the National Academy of Distance Running a charitable trust set up for the development of a young middle distance runners in the Nelson region For over 20 years, the local radio spokesman for athletics. Vern has been married to Kathy since 1970 and they have three great adult children. Vern is a keen fisherman (he has a 26lb snapper to his credit). Kathy and Vern love boating in the Abel Tasman area where they can often be seen over summer either walking or running on the track or simply lying in the sun. Vern is passionate about providing professional risk management advice and understands fully its importance to the well-being of families and businesses.
