VOPM or "Virtual Operating Model" Is a Latin American Internet group with development teams in Cuba, Chile, United States and Dominican Republic. Since our beginning in 2009 we've been involved in the financial sector, technology, tourism, telecommunications, real estate, retail and insurance through web portals. We excel in identifying the services that today's consumers are in need of meeting from their computer, tablet or smartphone and we help them make it possible. Our level of service is second to none, and this is due to the fact that we're obsessed with putting our client in first place of everything we do. The way we create services is unconventional because we focus first on the customers vision and not as a result of the technology, products and process available at the moment. Our progress has not been perfect. The expectations of others, and the even higher expectations we have of ourselves, have not always been met. When we make mistakes we admit them, we learn from them, and we keep moving forward with even more understanding and a deeper commitment to doing what's right. We consider The Dominican Republic an excellent lab to create new web business that could be successful in our target market, Latin-America, and we're glad to announce that coming soon two of our projects (Panacrédito y Tpido) are going to be giving their first steps in this direction.
