The Executive Board of VOW Real Estate AG is composed of two members, viz. the Chairman Dietmar Bosse and Axel Kaufmann. The Board shares joint responsibility for managing the company's business affairs. The members of the Board define corporate objectives and determine the fundamental strategic orientation of corporate policy and the organisation of the Group.
