Virtue Recruitment Services Ltd was formed in 2015 by its current owners Stuart Craig and Jody MacMillan, who were determined to break away from the traditional image of an "agency provider". Both, have a combined 30 year history within logistics specialising in the haulage and warehousing sectors, our core business. Stuart, Jody and our consultants know their chosen discipline inside out and we pride ourselves in the sectors we serve, which is why we are renowned for our ability to source the scarcest skill sets and most motivated candidate. We work alongside several government agencies, assisting with back to work programmes for the long term unemployed and ex-forces personnel and as such have amassed a large register of clients in variety of diverse sectors, from industrial cleaning to production facilities to financial institutions.
