VSM Real Estate is a company providing services to real estate investors in the Twin Cities. Including investment analysis, acquisition, leasing, management, and disposition. We help our clients to use the tax code to their advantage, limit their liability, and get the most out of their investments. We are looking to hire 1 or 2 highly qualified real estate agents with experience in at least 50 transactions. We have a unique business model that is unlike other property management and realty companies. We do everything that they do, plus a lot more. A qualified applicant will require very little to no assistance in residential real estate transactions. Knowledge in investment properties, financial analysis, and property management would be preferred but not required. We will be extremely aggressive on splits for the right experience. Our company owns 50 rental units in the area and is willing to teach the right applicant how to build their own real estate investment portfolio while making a 6 figure income. This level of challenge is not for everyone, but has multi million dollar potential for the right person.
