VTI is helping prepare the EU's new framework programme The EU's new framework programme for research and innovation is called Horizon Europe. Once EU's budget is agreed, the programme will enter into force, and it is set to go on between 2021 and 2027. Preparations are well underway ahead of the start, and as a research institute, VTI is one of the actors involved in influencing the content of the programme.
