WAK Management Company was formed in 1990 to manage apartment communities that are owned by the WAK Management investors. All our apartment communities are in the Dallas/Fort Worth area which allows us to focus on providing the best service possible to our residents. By limiting the geographic area we serve we are able to ensure that all our communities are welcoming, are well maintained and offer the best value possible. We currently own and manage 16 apartment communities with 3,045 apartment homes. Our professional management and maintenance staff are some of the best in the business.
