About the 2019 Women in Business and Civic Leadership Awards: Held annually in Washington, DC the 2019 Women in Business and Civic Leadership Awards marks the fifth annual recognition of women who are recognized as champions of policy and programs to advance economic development, entrepreneurship ecosystems and job opportunities within their respective communities. Recipients of the 2019 award must work in the areas of education.
