It has more than 200 employees including 28 technical persons and covers an area of 40,000 m2. Under the company are Precision Casting Division and two shops: KW Molding Line and Resin Sand. The company has an annual capability of 18,000 tons of cast iron and 150,000 sets of turbocharger turbine and compressor wheels. The main products are castings for diesel engine, turbocharger, water pump, automobile component and gearbox housing. The company possesses a complete set of production and inspection equipment including a molding line with functions of horizontal parting, pneumatic pre-compact and high pressure multi-contactor imported from Kunkel Wagner, Germany; melting linked between cupola and main frequency melting furnace; core-making machines for Redford Carver, U.S.A.; cold core-making machine for Laempe, Germany; Suspended shot blasting machine of 6 blasting heads; Model LM-10L long arm sand mixer and self-hardening sand molding line imported from Taiyo Chuki, Japan; plaster pattern casting equipment from Triplex Lloyd, U.K.: side and bottom wax injection machines from MPI, U.S.A.; 5-step vacuum melting furnace; high vacuum quick melting furnace and its hot compensation unit from Leybold, Germany and 24 channel spectrum machine.
