Watchman Properties is a Utah-based real estate investment and development firm focused on the acquisition of core-plus and value-add properties both in the Sun-Belt and Intermountain West Regions. Our goal is to create wealth through low-leveraged, income-producing commercial real estate at discounts to replacement costs with long-term holding periods. We value enhance the properties that we acquire through in-house aggressive management and a hands-on approach.
