Most of our Watercrafters team has been with us for over 10 years. There are many people who make Watercrafters the very best poolside living resource in the area and we are very proud of their accomplishments. Here is a little bit about just a few of them: Our Retail Store is managed by Mike Rawlins who has been with Watercrafters for over 12 years. Mike has a deep knowledge of water chemistry, pool and spa chemicals, as well as pool equipment. He was mentored by the beloved John Shallcross, who was with Watercrafters for almost 20 years before he passed away. Mike shares his dedication to taking care of our customers and seems to have inherited his excellent memory regarding your pool. Our Retail Team is dedicated to providing exemplary watercare advice and a unique shopping experience. Our Service Division is managed by Jeff Hortin who started with us as a store clerk right after college. Jeff has been with Watercrafters for over 30 years. He quickly became one of our most experienced service technicians and now oversees our bustling service department. He and our service team work diligently to meet the unique and varied needs of thousands of pool owners that we service each season. In addition, our incredible and knowledgeable Watercrafters' service teams are skilled APSP certified professionals. Our entire service team is dedicated to providing you with exceptional service and keeping your pool in top notch shape. Brian Casey manages our Renovations & Remodeling Division. Brian has over 30 years of experience in performing and managing pool renovations. He will work with you to transform your backyard into a magnificent oasis. Watercrafters Renovations Team is dedicated to providing excellent workmanship and skilled techniques. Tim Earp, the former manager of our old Rockville store, is another key member of the Watercrafters management team. Tim has been with us since 1992 and runs our PoolCarePlus weekly maintenance department. Tim's team of skilled weekly technicians are dedicated to providing unmatched expert maintenance service.
