The team, mostly former RPS-Aquaterra employees, are experienced in international and Mongolian regulations and standards enabling us to provide an appropriate mix of local knowledge and experience and international best-practice to ensure delivery of practical and cost-effective solutions to address all client water supply and water management needs and risk profiles. Graham Smith was appointed as a company Technical Director in May 2014 to provide support to the corporate strategy, development of the team, and technical guidance to, and quality assurance for, all projects. The team assembled has unrivalled understanding of Mongolian hydrogeology and mining projects having worked on studies for Oyu Tolgoi LLC, Ivanhoe Mines, Rio Tinto, International Finance Corporation, Energy Resources, Hunnu Coal, Aspire mining, Mogul Energy, Sharyn Gol, South Gobi Sands, Gobi Coal and Energy to name but a few.
