Whitehead Die Casting

Since 1950, Whitehead Die casting has produced a variety of aluminum and zinc castings from the simple to the complex. Our primary alloys are 380 Aluminum and #3 Zinc, but other alloys are available upon request. We produce castings from 0.10 to 8 lbs. Our casting machines range from 450 tons to 1,000 tons in aluminum and from 150 tons to 400 tons in zinc, with melting equipment and trim presses to support our wide range of machines. We support volumes from 1,000 pieces up to 750,000 pieces per year.
