Metronome, LLC, a Woman-Owned Small Business, is proud to announce it was recently awarded a prime contract to provide Enterprise Support for Administrative Services (ESAS) to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. The ESAS Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle enables Metronome to deliver administrative services across the NGA enterprise which are critical to fulfill NGA's dynamic and diverse day-to-day operations. "Metronome worked passionately to align our services to the NGA's mission for the past 4 years," says Jennifer Virga, Metronome CEO. "The ESAS contract gives us the opportunity to more intimately help improve the support our NGA customers receive each day from their administrative professionals." Metronome's ESAS Program Manager (PM), Tom Snopik, is guided by Metronome's One Team Philosophy which promotes trust and teamwork. As One Team, Metronome shares a common goal with the NGA and industry partners to put the mission first and execute better, faster, and stronger. Tom has intimate knowledge of the NGA's administrative support requirements and business rhythms of each office based on his experience as a PM on the predecessor contract. He leads the effort to hire, manage, support, and retain Metronome's ESAS administrative professionals.
