Weitzenkorn
Weitzenkorn's is the 2nd oldest men's store in America, it recently celebrated it's 147th anniversary in 2011. Abraham Weitzenkorn immigrated to America in 1857 at the age of 19 and in 1864 opened Weitzenkorn's Clothing during the Presidency of Abraham Lincoln. The business quickly prospered as Weitzenkorn's built a reputation founded in honesty, serivice and quality. In 1908 Abraham sold his store to his son Morris who ran Weitzenkorn's until his death in 1945. In 1946, Morris's son Arthur returned from the service and purchased the store from his father's estate. Arthur Weitzenkorn ran the store until two of his son's Gregg and Marc Weitzenkorn took over following Aurthur's retirement. They both take great pride in running a family owned business with such rich history. In June of 2011, Aaron Weitzenkorn, Weitzenkorn's 5th generation, joined the store and looks to continue Weitzenkorn's Clothing tradition of selling high quality clothing at an honest price with exceptional service.
