Werzalit of America

Werzalit of America, Inc. is located at 40 Holley Avenue in Bradford, Pennsylvania, where it has manufactured resin-bonded wood products since 1978. Werzalit buys hardwood logs from the Allegheny National Forest and other local sources, chips them to a controlled wood flake, and molds the wood flake with thermoset resins to produce weather-resistant products including specialty architectural profiles. Werzalit technology was developed by Werzalit AG & Company of Oberstenfeld, Germany, and is the product of more than sixty years of engineering and practical experience. Werzalit of America, Inc. is a subsidiary of Werzalit AG & Company, and is one of more than twenty licensed manufacturing plants located around the world, producing a wide range of products. Through the licensee agreements, an unrestricted exchange of technology has resulted in over 900 patent applications in 42 countries. Werzalit offers a unique architectural product line that combines prime quality materials with careful design and engineering. Werzalit products have been time-tested over several generations, in a variety of extreme climates.
