Western Title & Escrow is a locally owned and operated company that has been serving the Missoula Community since 1977 with complete closing and title services. For 22 years, WT&E has represented Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company which was established in 1876 and the first title insurance company in the United States. Recently WT&E began representing Chicago Title Insurance who issued their first title insurance policy in 1888.
