As part of our full service offering we also provide part leveling and straightening. This service is ideal for applications that require a high degree of flatness and parallelism. Parts leveling and straightening can be applied to either new or existing parts that require repair, and for materials such as aluminum, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, carbon steels, Inconel, Monel, and many more. From heavy plate or sheet, this process can be applied to materials of .040" to .787" in thickness, up to 10' long, 50" wide, and up to 1500 lbs. In addition to inspections that include the use of state of the art systems such as our 48" x 48" Virtek Laser QC and infrared thermal imaging we can also maintain compliance with a wide range of Mil-Spec, ANSI, AWS, and ISO standards. Additional services include finite element analysis (FEA), fluid dynamics, tolerance and hardness verification, quality assurance, design, engineering, warehousing, and logistics. This service is geared for small to large volume orders as well as one-off and prototype work, with standard lead times of one to two weeks with available rush service.
