Established in 1983, Westlake has grown from a small consulting firm to an established and trusted source for Civil Engineering, Surveying and Land Use Planning. Company founders Judi Haney and Len Schelsky wanted to establish a firm which offered an exceptional level of collaborative, responsive service to the built environment industry. They had the idea that creativity and innovation, coupled with solid expertise and good communication, would create a valuable experience for clients. As we've grown, our strict commitment to quality assurance and control has helped us develop into a highly-capable firm of committed professionals.
