Westminster Manor is managed by Life Care Services LLC (LCS). LCS is the leading developer and manager of continuing care senior communities throughout the United States. Since 1961, the people and partners of LCS have touched the lives, served the needs and fulfilled the retirement dreams of thousands of people. Joe Snyder has served as Executive Director of Westminster Manor since August of 1996. His previous experience includes 14 years in retirement administration and 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Grand View College and a Master's degree in Management from Regent's University.
