Whether for utilities, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, elevator, and any other service required. Daily property inspections ensure that sub-contractors are fulfilling those obligations outlined in the contract specifications. This is just one of many essential components of the hands-on management style that we promote. We do more preventative maintenance so we have less break downs and more satisfied tenants. We on average save a property owner 20-25 % in operating costs due to “quantities of scale� buying power. Many owners are shocked when we submit an operating budget that spends less but enhances and improves services which cover our fee for managing. This comes from years of building the company and having the proper staff oversee every aspect of management.
