The Wheatsheaf

Based in Greetham, The Wheatsheaf is 6 miles from Oakham and 4 miles from Rutland Water. Carol and Scott took over the Wheatsheaf in March 2008. The seasonal Modern British menu changes weekly. The wine list is based on wines from around the world with a good selection by the glass. We also have an excellent selection of beers and local cask ales. Dogs are welcomed in the bar and gardens. After Tuesday's announcement The Wheatsheaf will reopen for drinks on Saturday 4th July & Sunday 5th July. We will then close and reopen to serve food and drinks from Wednesday 8th July. We are taking reservations for dining in the restaurant and the room next to the restaurant. We will also take reservations for dining and drinking on the bar tables. We will not be able to reserve garden tables as we cannot guarantee the weather. There are many restrictions in place due to the corona virus, please be patient and follow all signs and directions. We look forward to welcoming you back to The Wheatsheaf. Wheatsheaf to Go Menu will continue on Friday 10th July, look out for the new menu. We serve Sunday lunch to takeaway from Sunday 12th July.
