The Whitman House Restaurant is located in North Truro on Cape Cod at the corner of Route 6 and Great Hollow Road. We are situated on four acres of landscaped property with an abundance of parking. Owned and operated by the Rice family since 1962, the 175 seat restaurant opens every evening for dinner at 5pm. The original Inn was built in 1894 and has since developed into a restaurant with four distinctive Early American dining rooms. Adjacent to the restaurant in the original Truro schoolhouse can be found the well-known stationer's gallery Jules Besch.
