WHN offers customers the option to upgrade from a LiveO2 to a LiveO2 AC within 60 days of date of purchase. When choosing to upgrade, upon return receipt of the original LiveO2 system and air separator purchased, WHN will credit the original price that the customer paid for their LiveO2 system and apply it toward the cost of the upgraded LiveO2 Adaptive Contrast. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay return shipping to WHN, taking care to package the return items in such a way that ensures it will arrive undamaged. When upgrading within 60 days of original purchase, WHN customer will, after speaking with a WHN agent and receiving specific upgrade instructions, return the original LiveO2 (reservoir only) in original box when possible (keep mask, pulse ox etc) and returns 5L air separator also in original box with original packaging to the address given. Upon receiving the return in good condition, credit is applied toward the purchase of a new LiveO2 AC system. When the customer satisfies the remaining balance toward the purchase, WHN will then ship to the customer a LiveO2 AC reservoir, complete with a specially modified 10L Air Separator. Please note: It is still possible to 'upgrade' after 60 days, but the amount credited for the original purchase will change according to the timeline (see below). Prorated reimbursement schedule for Live O2 to be credited after 60 days from date of original purchase: When upgrading between 60-90 days, WHN will credit original purchase LESS a 10% depreciation fee (and less any shipping) When upgrading between 90-120 days, WHN will credit original purchase LESS a 20% depreciation fee (and less any shipping) When upgrading between 120-150 days, WHN will credit original purchase LESS a 30% depreciation fee (and less any shipping) When upgrading between 150-180 days, WHN will credit original purchase LESS a 40% depreciation fee (and less any shipping) Anything between 180 days (6 months) and 240 days (8 months), customer will receive credit for 50% depreciation on original unit.
