We are a Tokyo-based HR Tech company founded in 2010, with a mission to create a world where work meets passion by helping cool companies get discovered by like-minded talent. We do this by helping companies to tell their unique brand stories, and sharing it beautifully and seamlessly via social media, so that they get discovered by talent who share the same mission and vision, rather than the traditional focus on pay and benefits. This is how we solve not just the problem of talent acquisition, but also talent retention in the long run. We currently have over 22,000 companies onboard and 1.5-mil monthly active users, with companies like SONY, UBER, Airbnb currently using our services.
