Wie Sic Machine is a contract machine shop that offers its customers over forty years of machining experience. Whatever your machining needs, prototype, production, sub-assembly or a complete turnkey package, Wie Sic can meet them. We are experienced in the machining of most metals and plastics as well as various castings, extrusions, and spinnings. By working closely with our vendors and suppliers, we can provide our customers with timely deliveries at competitive prices. Wie Sic is conveniently located near routes 3 and 495 in one of Lowell's many historic mills, where we currently occupy 15 thousand square feet. Our ability to handle different materials of various sizes in any quantity is due to our wide range of equipment, which includes: 21 CNC Machining Centers up to 20X40 Travel 3 CNC Turning Centers 2 Vertical Millers w/ Digital Readouts We have a modern inspection department which includes two CMM Inspection Systems, 24" x 26" and 36" x 48" Granite Surface Plates, gauge blocks traceable to the Bureau of Standards, size pins in increments of .001", and optical measuring equipment. We are equiped to handle drawings via e-mail, CD, or 3 1/2" floppy disks. We are currently using the latest version of Solidworks / Proworks. E-mail drawings to [email protected].
