Wigan Council

Wigan Council is a local authority in the North West of England and is one of the ten councils that make up Greater Manchester. Wigan is made up of 75 Councillors and holds elections for one third of the members every three years in four. Furthermore, the borough is divided into 25 wards, with three members representing a ward.
