Williamstone Consulting Ltd was established in 2012 as a direct reaction to the FCA announcing a full scale review by the UK Banks into the historic sales of Interest Rate Hedging Products to Non-Sophisticated customers. We advise customers who believe they may have been mis-sold or are unhappy with their initial redress offer and help them get the best possible result from their Bank. We currently represent a number of clients across the UK with combined hedging in excess of £200 million. So far, our clients have received compensation offers from the Banks in excess of £3 million but perhaps more significantly, we have managed to get a number of the Banks to overturn their original "non-negotiable" responses into offers that were far more lucrative for the client. This kind of success is only possible with our expert knowledge of the review process.
