Willow Lake Day Camp is committed to providing an incredible experience for our campers. We know that our staff has the biggest impact on a camper's summer and we are proud that so many staff return each summer to be part of our camp community. Our staff are fun, friendly, caring and enthusiastic, yet understand the importance of both safety and responsibility. We look to hire staff that are so dedicated to our campers that they will always go the extra mile each day to help make every camper's day better. Our staff spends the day supporting, nurturing, teaching and interacting with campers. It is because of this that our staff forms meaningful relationships with our campers and each other.
