Winchester Coatings, Inc. can accept products for e-coat that include: stampings and weldments made of cold roll and hot roll steel, cast iron, aluminum and zinc castings, galvanized and aluminum metal. Our e-coating systems consist of an eight and a ten stage zinc phosphate immersion systems, providing the efficient transition of parts from arrival to processing and their return to our customers in a timely manner. Superior pretreatment and monitoring of temperature, pH and conductivity assures that every part receives the best coating attainable. Quality checks of all parts and subsequent evaluation reports allow any fine-tuning necessary to maximize the performance of our equipment and consistent quality every time. Our commitment to quality assurance includes sample parts being extracted from each load and inspected.
