Wine Service Co-op
The Wine Service Cooperative (WSC) is a member-based non-profit organization formed in 1972 by wineries located primarily in Napa Valley. Its primary purpose is to provide a centralized consolidation point for case storage and shipping services. Services now include a Pick-Pack and Ship facility to handle members' consumer direct shipments. The service is housed at the South Napa warehouse, at 60 Harlow Court, Napa, CA. Currently, there are 49 member wineries that store and ship cased wines worldwide. Members are billed for various services related to storage and handling. WSC is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors, each volunteering to serve a three-year term. Officers are elected each year. There are no annual membership dues. Memberships are predicated on available warehouse space, a sale by an existing member, or expansion by the Co-op as determined from growth. No memberships are available at this time, and are available by invitation only.
